Terms and Conditions
The sale and delivery terms apply to the purchase of products from micare.
Introduction

These terms apply to purchases of products from micare for delivery in Denmark, unless otherwise agreed.
Ordering and Payment
micare.dk is open 24/7, except for maintenance periods. To make a purchase with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment card. If you are under 18, you can shop with the consent of a legal guardian.
Items are selected and placed in the "cart," where you can adjust the contents until payment. All prices include VAT and applicable fees. When you are ready to place your order, you enter your details, accept our terms, and choose a delivery method. We may update and modify these Terms and Conditions periodically with effect on your future purchases. Therefore, you will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions each time you shop with us. If you do not accept our Terms and Conditions, you cannot shop on our website. An updated version will always be available on our website.
The total price, including any shipping costs and fees related to card payments, will be calculated before you finalize your order.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery option chosen. You will be informed of the shipping costs before you complete your order. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. No card fees are charged. If paying with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds will be held on your card or account until: we charge the amount when we dispatch the goods, or the funds are released according to your card issuer’s agreement. Please refer to your card issuer's terms for further details.
We will only accept your order if your payment details are correct and if we have no reason to believe that the order will be used for illegal activities or that you do not meet the requirements in our Terms and Conditions.
Your order becomes binding once you confirm it by clicking "Proceed to Payment." The amount will only be charged when the goods are dispatched. In the case of partial delivery, only the dispatched items will be charged.
micare reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or printing and reserves the right to cancel orders in such cases.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Your order is only binding once the goods have been dispatched. In the event of out-of-stock items, we may reduce the quantity delivered, and you will be contacted for potential cancellation.

It is not possible to choose in-store pickup for your order.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products where the seal has been broken or where there are signs of usage.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within one month and return the goods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with a clear and unambiguous declaration via email to [email protected].
Returns
Goods must be returned to: micare ApS, Firhuse 1, 7441 Bording. Ensure proper packaging, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. Remember to include proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will inspect them and refund the amount to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Complaints
If there is a defect in the goods, you can have them replaced, get a refund, or receive a price reduction. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect, and we recommend doing so within one month.

Personal Data
To shop with micare, you must provide your name, address, email, and phone number. The information will be stored for five years in accordance with accounting laws and will not be shared with third parties unless required due to corporate restructuring.
You have the right to access your data and can have it corrected or deleted by contacting us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to purchases from micare will be governed by Danish law and decided by the ordinary Danish courts.
Business Customers and Resale
These terms do not apply to business customers or customers purchasing for resale. Separate terms for business customers can be requested by contacting us.
