Register a return

Would you like to return one or more items? You can request a return through your order overview. Log in with the email address you used for your purchase, then select the relevant order and the items you wish to return.

To register a return without logging in, complete the form below instead. Once we have received your request, we will email you the return address and further instructions.

For a withdrawal or voluntary return, you pay the return shipping cost. For an approved complaint or incorrect delivery, we will provide a return label free of charge.

When you submit this form to exercise your right of withdrawal, you also notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase of the listed items. You only need to submit your request once, whether you use your order overview, this form or the “Cancel purchase” page.

Is an item faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered? Email hello@micare.dk with your order number and a description of the problem. Please include photos if possible so we can assess the issue and help you.
