Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unused and, where applicable, have its tags and original packaging intact. You must also be able to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged, as you are responsible for it until we have received it.

Items returned without prior contact cannot be expected to be processed as an approved return.

Damage, defects and incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will then assess the matter and arrange an appropriate solution.

Exceptions to the right of return

The right of return does not apply to products where a seal has been broken, or where the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you want.

14-day right of withdrawal

When purchasing as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us before the 14-day period expires that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The notice can be sent to hello@micare.dk.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the processing of your return.

If the return is approved, we will refund the relevant amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.

It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
